§ 3.3.1.12.2.4 Civil and Criminal Contempt Citations. There is no right of appeal from civil contempt citations entered pursuant to A.R.S. § 12-864 unless the order’s effect qualifies it as appealable pursuant to A.R.S. § 12-2101. See Green v. Lisa Frank, Inc., 221 Ariz. 138, 145, 148, ¶¶ 12, 21, 211 P.3d 16, 23, 26 (App. 2009). A finding of civil contempt is not appealable. See Peace v. Peace, 234 Ariz. 546, 547, ¶ 4, 323 P.3d 1197, 1198 (App. 2014). The court of appeals lacks jurisdiction over an appeal from a civil contempt adjudication. See Hurd v.
