§ 6.11.1.2 Abuse of Discretion. The court of appeals will review an evidentiary ruling for an abuse of discretion. Ruben M. v. Ariz. Dep’t of Econ. Sec., 230 Ariz. 236, 239, ¶ 13, 282 P.3d 437, 440 (App. 2012).
The standard of review of a delinquency adjudication is review for an abuse of discretion. In re Ryan A., 202 Ariz. 19, 23, ¶ 16, 39 P.3d 543, 547 (App. 2002). An appellate court will not disturb the juvenile court’s delinquency disposition or restitution order absent an abuse of discretion.
