2. (§19.14) Harassment
The MHRA prohibits sexual harassment that alters the terms or conditions of a person's housing. West v. DJ Mortg., LLC, 164 F. Supp. 3d 1393, 1398 (N.D. Ga. 2016) (citing Mendoza v. Borden, Inc., 195 F.3d 1238, 1245 (11th Cir. 1999)). Sexual harassment includes quid pro quo sexual harassment or harassment that creates a hostile housing environment.
