19.6 Disability

To meet the MHRA definition of disability:

· a person must have a physical or mental impairment that substantially limits major life activity; and

· with or without reasonable accommodation, that impairment must not interfere with occupying the dwelling.

Individuals who are erroneously regarded as having an impairment or have a record of an impairment are also included within the definition of disability. Wells, 379 S.W.3d at 924; § 213.010(5).
