This case was originally calendared for trial at the October 23, 2023, Trial Session of the Court in New York, New York. By Order of the Court dated October 2, 2023, this case was continued, and jurisdiction was retained by this Division of the Court.

On March 27, 2024, Respondent filed with the Court a Status Report. On March 27, 2024, Petitioner filed with the Court a Status Report. Both parties informed the Court that the proceedings in this case were stayed by Order of the Court dated October 2, 2023, pending the outcome of Farhy v. Commissioner^[1].

For cause, it is

ORDERED that forty-five (45) days after the Court of Appeals issues a decision in Farhy v. Commissioner, the parties shall file with the Court a further status report, informing the Court of the then-present status of this case.
