PER CURIAM:

Shelton Eaves is currently incarcerated based on sentences he received in 1995 for first-degree assault and armed criminal action. Eaves filed a petition for declaratory judgment against the Department of Corrections in the Circuit Court of Cole County. Eaves claimed the Board of Probation and Parole had incorrectly recalculated his parole eligibility date in violation of several Missouri statutes and regulations and various constitutional provisions.
