CONSENT ORDER

This matter having been opened to the Court by the Office of Attorney Ethics with the consent of respondent, Royce W. Smith of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, who was admitted to the bar of this State in 2004, and the Office of Attorney Ethics and respondent having agreed that respondent be temporarily suspended from the practice of law together, with additional conditions, pending the disposition of all ethics grievances pending before the Office of Attorney Ethics;

And good cause appearing;

It is ORDERED that Royce W. Smith is temporarily suspended from the practice of law, effective immediately, pending the disposition of all ethics grievances against respondent and until the further Order of the Court; and it is further

ORDERED that all funds, if any, currently existing or hereinafter deposited in any New Jersey financial institution maintained by Royce W. Smith pursuant to Rule 1:21-6, including but not limited to funds...
