A. Respondent's Appeal
Private admonitions are almost always issued by OLPR. A respondent attorney may appeal an admonition to a Lawyers Board Panel. If, after hearing, the Panel affirms the admonition, the respondent may appeal to the Supreme Court, by serving and filing notice of appeal within thirty days. Minn. R. Lawyers Prof'l Resp. 9(m).
