606 Family Law Quarterly, Volume 50, Number 4, Winter 2017
The Case Digests this year include cases from the beginning to the
end of 2016 and were compiled primarily by the students on the Family
Law Quarterly staff at West Virginia University College of Law and Bart
Resnicoff of the Law Ofce of Barton R. Resnicoff in Lake Success, New
York. The cases are arranged alphabetically in topical format, and, while
they include as many important cases as possible, they do not represent all
of the case law on family law matters in every state. Thank you to those
who contributed to this process!
