1. (§13.18) General Rule
The rule that applies to and governs the relationship between an occupier and an invitee governs the correlative rights, duties, and obligations between the owner of a place of amusement and the patron. The fact that an injury is sustained by a patron at a place of amusement is only a circumstance to be considered in determining whether the proprietor exercised due care for the safety of the patron.
