b. (§14.43) Drug Tests, Physical Fitness Tests, and Agility Tests
This section may seem minor, but crucial nonetheless. Drug tests are not part of a medical exam, and therefore do not have the same restrictions and requirements, as 42 U.S.C. § 12114(a) states:
(a) Qualified individual with a disability
