DECISION & ORDER
In an action to foreclose a mortgage, the plaintiff appeals from (1) an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Noach Dear, J.), dated January 22, 2020, and (2) an order and judgment (one paper) of the same court dated March 2, 2020. The order, insofar as appealed from, granted those branches of the motion of the defendant Terrence Evans which were for summary judgment dismissing the complaint insofar as asserted against him and on his counterclaim pursuant to RPAPL 1501(4) to cancel and discharge of record the subject mortgage.
