We initially accepted jurisdiction to review the Second District Court of Appeal's decision in Unifirst Corp. v. Joey's New York Pizza, LLC, 331 So.3d 1231 (Fla. 2d DCA 2021), which certified direct conflict with several decisions of the First District Court of Appeal. See art. V, § 3(b)(4), Fla. Const. After further consideration, we have determined that we should exercise our discretion to discharge jurisdiction. Accordingly, jurisdiction is discharged, and this review proceeding is hereby dismissed.

No motion for rehearing will be entertained by the Court. See Fla. R. App. P. 9.330(d)(2).
